TDF GROUP ACQUIRES A MAJORITY STAKE IN THE FRENCH TELECOMMUNICATIONS TOWER OPERATOR TORM AND CONFIRMS ITS DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY IN OVERSEAS FRENCH TERRITORIES
TDF acquires a 70% stake in Towerco Réunion Mayotte (TORM) for approximately €31 million. TORM is a telecommunications tower company, based in the French departments of La Réunion and Mayotte, currently owned by Telco OI (a joint company owned by Iliad and Axian groups).
